  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon coconut, almond, or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dates or figs (not dried)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
