- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dates or figs (not dried)
- 2 cups plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, flaxseed, oil, cardamom, cinnamon, hazelnuts, and dates. Mix well.
